70% of this month without heat or hot water. Constant issues, terrible communication, and no accountability. Don’t ignore the comments thinking it’s just a few angry tenants amongst hundreds of happy ones. This property management company should be avoided at all cost!
If you like heat and hot water I don't recommend this landlord.
Awful! Rented in their building, over a month of days with no heat or hot water over a few month period. Management is unresponsive. Issues last for days with no remedy or communication. Cockroaches and bugs everywhere. Terrible. Would give less than 1 star if possible.
