After reading reviews not surprised they don’t pay their contractors. Completely unprofessional do not do business with them.
The worst Managment company I ever dealt with. Worst costumer service ever, not just the employees but also the owner of the company. If you have the smallest issue, you ares done. They can’t even coordinate with a super to come take a look at your brand new property. I mean they provide absolutely zero value. Unfortunately I have to deal with them in 5 properties and all suck. Worst management company ever. These are the most incompetent, lazy and negligible management company. Was without heat for 4 months during the winter and they ghosted me the entire time. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
