I currently live in a building managed by Monarch Realty Group developed by Guy Peleg / Artlife Development. Our specific unit we purchased has had 4+ major leaks completely destroying the basement, our things, and causing potential hazardous mold. My experience with Monarch Realty Group was terrible. I felt robbed and completely disrespected throughout the entire process. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism in real estate. Instead of helping, they take advantage of people. I absolutely do not recommend their services.
If you want to waste millions on a condo with poorly designed infrastructure, a management company that neglects its tenants, and lazy concierges then these are the people to help you experience exactly that at no additional cost. And if you’re looking to work with or for them, I highly advise against that.
