ZERO stars doesn't work, and negative stars aren't an option. When I last rented from Monarch, it was well over 5 years ago. No issues, and I got all of my deposit back. But this time was a completely different story. They wouldn't respond to work orders. The lady inside is scared of the property manager Adam (a convicted felon and fraud).
