Much distress has been caused by the lack accessibility to my medication and now the lack of accessibility with contacting this organization to receive any help with the issue. I’ve been working with Casey for a couple years now and I love her. She actually cares, listens, and has helped me find a stable regiment. I’ve considered switching psychiatrists due to moving, but no one else has been able to deliver the level of care that Casey has. I would highly recommend her.

Didn't include this in my last review, but don't expect to ever speak to an actual human on the phone here. They screen all their calls, even for billing, and they will not return your messages. I've never dealt with so unprofessional a practice.

My therapist sent me here because they, at least at one time, specialized in ADHD diagnosis and treatment. Yet one diagnostic tool was enough to decide that I didn't need treatment and don't have this even though I'm displaying chronic symptoms that ruin my daily functioning. For a place that "specializes" in ADHD, it was super suspicious to me that the further testing I supposedly need to be diagnosed properly can't be done there, and I was referred elsewhere. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ashley George for quite some time now. She’s the absolute best - always listens to my thoughts and concerns as a patient and follows through. She’s strategic with medication plans and empathetic as well as always available when I have questions - especially if I’m struggling. She is one of the best physicians I have seen in psychiatric healthcare. I am so grateful to have found Monarch Psychiatry and her!
