I highly recommend stella for anyone looking for true healing and thoughtful supportive guidance throughout the experience. From Justin who guides you through the setting up of your care and payment, to Casey who listens intently to your needs and helps to get the highest level of care, to the warmth of Carmena and others to guide you through the treatment and gently help to your transportation home. Total scam! Decided to try them out despite the negative reviews because of how responsive they were. They told me before my appointment that they had run my insurance and an appointment would cost me no more than $40. They charged me $400 for a 30-minute online session, they charged me $100 for therapy and $300 for psychiatry, just because they could. They gave me a useless prescription. After a months-long email battle, they told me that I can take them to court or pay the bill. Rude, pointless, unprofessional.
The lady I spoke with over the phone was extremely helpful. Ensuring an easy going and positive experience.
Dr Merz at Monarch (the previous iteration of this place) was the best psych I could've asked for. And the portal she had setup for her practice was accessible & easy to use, access, etc. When Monarch changed to Stella and Dr Merz left, I wasn't notified until I looked into it a week before my follow up appointment, and I wasn't able to access the portal for some unknown technical reason.
