This is my second review of Monarch Pool Care, and they continue to be an exceptional company. Their team is honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on customer care. I thought my pool pump had stopped working, so I contacted Monarch. They explained that the pumps and controls could be affected by severe weather, and we had recently experienced several thunderstorms. Shortly afterward, I noticed that the pump had restarted. Best pool/spa business I have ever experienced. Friendly staff and owners and great work ethic. Great experience buying and enjoying my Bullfrog spa.
Knowledgeable folks had everything I needed after testing my pool water. Wish they still had their store in Chatham.
