Just a number! After spending $30k on the M9, we can’t seem to get any customer service or follow through. Have had nothing but trouble getting fixes or concerns answered. The latest was a service call (June 10th) about jet pressure and rusted jets (see picture). The service guy said he need to go back and ask the owner (who was in the shop that day) and they would get back to us. I am so glad I found Monarch Pool Care. They are extremely knowledgable, friendly, and professional. They tested my water sample and had all the right materials to get my pool up and running this summer. They offered a veteran discount and helped me load the material I needed into my car. Great place!
