I currently work at Monarch Pavilion. I have been here for 3 1/2 years and will recommend my 2nd home away from home to all that are in need of short or long term care. We are a family that look out for others best interest and are here to lend a helping hand when needed. I invite you to come and take a tour of our facility and feel that warm welcome.

I am a current resident. I have been at the facility since April. The nursing staff is really pleasant and attends to all of your issues in a timely manner. The activities director Vanessa is excellent and the transportation department of Keith and Stephanie always gets you where you need to be on time. I greatly appreciated the excellent care during my stay. Thank you Monarch and God Bless You!

This is one of the most horrible healthcare facilities I have ever walked into. I did a tour to consider a place for one of my family members to reside at for rehab and I was beside myself. I pay very close attention to detail and it was obvious to me that there is no detail by anyone working at this facility. I was going to stop the admissions director 5 minutes in to the tour and tell him that I didn't need to see anymore, that I wouldn't be interested in my loved one staying there, but I had to see just how bad the condit... read more

Considered this place for my aunt but I wanted to drop by at night to check it out. When someone finally came to open the door, no one asked if I needed help or anything. The staff seemed to all be on break and the smell is horrible.They were not friendly. I tried calling the next day to schedule a tour but no one seemed interested in helping.
