Really great buying experience. I was hesitant about making the trip down from Maine because they don’t usually post pricing on their website, but they responded to my email inquiries quickly and honestly with no pressure. Walked in and met with Matt and he was super personable, but not overbearing at all. Really nice guy. Definitely a no pressure and fun atmosphere. when I first went to Monarch, I couldn't afford the bike I was looking at. But, Matt kept me in mind, and when a similar style bike arrived he called me. This one I could afford. The process was smooth and actually fun as everyone there was genuinely happy and smiling. I would highly recommend !!

Came there with the goal in mind of buying my first Road Glide & I conquer! The whole team was super helpful and friendly, I was in there for 3 hours negotiating (LOL). Ernie & Fred where more than clear, transparent water. No pressure, no rush. I could not be any happier and can’t wait for the season to come!
Have bought a couple bikes over the yrs. excellent service and have never had any issues with them or the bikes I’ve purchased. Have recommended a few people who bought bikes and also very happy. Thxs
