I went in for a 20 minute back, neck, and shoulder massage, and was told it would be $30. Here are my issues with the experience. First, the elderly gentleman pointed to the chair in the lobby and told me to sit there. The chair was smelly, like it had never been properly cleaned, and as he massaged my back, my face did not feel properly protected in the padded opening.
