if this property really wants to turn things around they need to start by SERIOUSLY retraining front office employees or (Preferably) let them go and find more friendly and responsive employees.
I had a scheduled appointment for 10 AM on a Tuesday and arrived on time. Stood outside for about 15 minutes, went inside at 10 o'clock and it took 10 minutes for someone to finally come to the door and look at me with a bewildered impression like why was I there and I explained that I had an appointment and she decided to tell me they were closed on Tuesday. But that their system online was broken. Not a good look. For a potential renter
Lived here for 5 years now and NOTHING changed!!..… I don’t recommend anyone living here. The Maintenance is terrible and very delayed, the upstairs Neighbors are very rude with running and stomping and yelling from 6am to midnight, Multiple complaints were reported and nothing was done. The children or maybe even the adults are stealing packages. Everything from the stove, refrigerator to the washer and dryer and the dishwasher are all hand me downs from other apartments and the rental office is never open when they say…tru... read more
This is most uncaring unprofessional immature staff I've seen manage a property i think they just wanted bodies in a seat nothing gets done in a timely manner nor with common respect of the tennants
