I followed my practitioner, Joshua Hatcher, to this practice for continuity of care. He is amazing, very responsive and always punctual, caring and empathetic. Highly recommend!
I strongly recommend staying away from Monarch. My experience with their service has been extremely disappointing, particularly with Joshua, the practitioner I dealt with. He came across as very unprofessional and dismissive, showing little to no regard for my concerns or needs. I had an appointment with him on Wednesday, and just as another reviewer mentioned, he failed to show up on time. Stay away from this company. When you call, you only reach a phone service — a completely impersonal experience. After that, Joshua Hatcher, the main practitioner, contacts you only to request a deposit. If you can’t pay immediately, he won’t even schedule an appointment. This is a classic scam setup. Please beware.
They missed my appointment twice, never rescheduled, and never issued a refund. Absolutely would not recommend!
This is by far the worst mental health company I have ever dealt with. The staff never answers the phone directly — they only use a call service — and are extremely impersonal upon arrival. After paying, my appointment was cancelled twice, and I was never refunded. When I called to follow up, they told me to dial 911 if I had an emergency and asked me to leave a voicemail.
