They have been great to work with. Lexie does a great job of making sure all of our issues get taken care of.
Very poor response, especially Mathew. Still waiting for lawn damage done last winter, and Mat just drags his feet and still takes my doubled HOA payment.
This place is awful. Don't know how to process ACH forms and living in the 90s. Sent a letter to me about sending my account to attorneys and putting a lien on the condo. They have everything they need to process and they just failed. October payment came out after 4 months of not processing and they have no new information but now they can process? There is something wrong with with their ability to manage anything. I hope our condo group fires them.
