We've lived in a neighborhood that uses Monarch Management for their property management for three years now. This is the third time we've lived somewhere that has a property management company. They have been great to work with. Lexie does a great job of making sure all of our issues get taken care of.
Very poor response, especially Mathew. Still waiting for lawn damage done last winter, and Mat just drags his feet and still takes my doubled HOA payment.
