Monarch manages our 27 unit residential and commercial condominium building in Traverse City. They are providing consistently attentive service and empathetic response to our co-owners personal needs. Executive Property Manager, Helen, and Property Manager, Heather, and their team at Monarch Management are great partners in the challenges encountered in maintaining our property as the premier place to live in Traverse City.

They have been great to work with. Lexie does a great job of making sure all of our issues get taken care of.
Very poor response, especially Mathew. Still waiting for lawn damage done last winter, and Mat just drags his feet and still takes my doubled HOA payment.
