We visited monarch on our recent trip to Juneau and to our delight came across the most stunning engagement ring we've ever seen. Unsure about lab vs natural diamonds, Gregory was very helpful in educating us. And we walked away happy customers.

Purchased a bracelet on May 29th 2025 from Monica and Vinny. Three days later it broke. I was wearing it and breaks apart and falls off my wrist. After a lot of hoops it was finally fixed. But it makes me question the quality of the jewelry that is sold here.
Monica is a great salesperson and has a very nice smile that welcomes you when you enter the store.
They did a wonderful job. I went in for a simple free pendant, they got me with the earrings displayed and then they offered some other things I was interested in, price was a little high, they brought it down to something more manageable and I was hooked. They did try to get me with some absolutely gorgeous lab grown yellow diamonds, but I stayed strong. All the men there were so sweet and fun, they were hard to say no too.
