Nasreen and Amit…it was great. I thought it would be painful, but it wasn’t. I received excellent customer service, great prices and I LOVE my purchase. I was on an Alaskan cruise and had no intention of buying jewelry, but the deal was TOO good the pass up. Yes, please stop in and tell them I sent you. They will help you to get great deals. I highly recommend them.

Visiting Alaska last summer spent a few fun hours at their shop. Purchased a beautiful Fope bracelet that my wife wears all the time,fair and competitive prices. Highly recommend were fun to deal with. William and Donna knox. Florida

We went there on a cruise and I was excited because I had a coupon for a beautiful jeweled bear pendant. Their shipment had not arrived when I went in, so I ordered them and they would be shipped to me. These were not free, I had to pay for them. I ordered 2, one for me and one for my husband. The pendants arrived and one was damaged with some of the jewels loose in the bag. I was crushed. I took a picture and sent them an email. Monica, Vinny, Victor and Pradeep provided excellent customer service. We were treated with utmost respect which made us feel that we were part of their family. They even fed us lunch.
