Fantastic experience at Monarch Jewels. Treated with the utmost respect, listened to my wife's wants and creative ideas. All of the staff was very pleasant. EDIT: The day I made this purchase, I also ordering ring. Now 6 months later I still have not received it. I continue to get the response; we are working on it, we are doing our best... etc etc.
We visited monarch on our recent trip to Juneau and to our delight came across the most stunning engagement ring we've ever seen. Unsure about lab vs natural diamonds, Gregory was very helpful in educating us. And we walked away happy customers.

Purchased a bracelet on May 29th 2025 from Monica and Vinny. Three days later it broke. I was wearing it and breaks apart and falls off my wrist. After a lot of hoops it was finally fixed. But it makes me question the quality of the jewelry that is sold here.
Monica is a great salesperson and has a very nice smile that welcomes you when you enter the store.
