I purchased a Citizen watch from a friend that was a few links too big... called Monarch an hour before close to see if they could help on a Friday afternoon and they removed a few links / were able to get my watch re-sized within 10-15 mins for a very reasonable price. Very helpful and extremely nice staff, highly recommend!!!
