Buyer beware! I have been working with Monarch since 09/2018 and have upgraded my diamond three times since. Diane told me there was no need to buy a diamond with a certification, and that alone should have made me run. The last diamond they sold me they graded and I trusted them. When going to get diamond insured, I had a GIA appraiser give me his opinion and was told that they were at least 2 grading systems off and that they diamond had a large feather than ran the width of the diamond.
