The rent here in Marquette is getting ridiculous. Every year it's increasing. A 1 bed 1 bath basement apartment should not be as much as a mortgage or more than a mortgage. No updates get done when the rent increases. From 2022 to 2023, my rent increased 50.00, then from 2023 to 2024, 90.00, and from 2024 to 2025, another 75.00.
