I hate to do this, but getting my deposit back in a timely manner has been an absolute nightmare. I moved out 8/1/25 from their Fox Run complex in Wichita, Ks and it’s now 09/12/2025. It’s not a huge amount back, but it’s enough. It’s the principle. I paid the early termination fee of $1500 almost two months before I moved out. I paid all other deposits and fees in a timely manner. I live in Victorian Village and it is a nightmare. Please do not rent from any of the properties. I am a veteran and have never experienced this level of trauma.
I understand this corporate company has property in Longview, Texas called Summer Brook Apartments. I’ve been living here for almost a year and can’t say enough about how beautiful the layouts are for the apartments. The staff is wonderful. My only disappointment is that you close the pool on September 2, and September is still hot here. I’m a big pool person, is there anyway you can change it to the end of September? Thank you!
Rude Staff… they will not answer questions when challenging a fee! Basically tell you to “go pound sand!” Ms Galloway (Mgr) when questioned about a fee - hung ip the phone when challenged!…?
Absolutely loved working for them for 4 years. Unfortunately had to leave due to relocating, but would be more than glad to work for them again and again!! I also lived in one of their properties and had a great experience from the resident point of view as well.
