Signed up to make an appt for BCAB/BI services. Intake lady Melanie Shirk double booked and left me a voicemail that she would call me back. I gave it a week, even emailed few times to check in. No response. I had to call in and book another intake appt. This time she stuck to the appt and promised to give me info. Was very late sending me an email with the info. I choose what therapies worked for us and we never got a call or email back to register or book. Kept emailing to book a BC. So disappointed. NEVER got a reply. Aut... read more

My son went here for a year. It was a great experience for him as everyone there is helpful, kind and professional. Specially Jamila who has been a big help to my kid's development. They are very good at communicating with me and making sure my son is progressing.

I had a hand injury at my store in the deli slicing a tomato and in a big hurry to get my jobs done near the end of my shift. Sliced my hand on the meat slicer.I went to the hospital and got fixed up and then was referred to this wonderful place and I had hand therapy with Victor Paul whom is a licensed hand therapist. I visited his office for just over a month once a week.I found him to be very kind and knowledgeable with my injury. He showed me how to do exercises at home to strengthen my hand.
