I had a very disappointing experience with this summer camp. My 3-year-old child was slapped in the face twice by an older teenage boy. After the first incident, the staff did not intervene or take effective action to prevent it from happening again. Just a few minutes later, the same boy slapped my child a second time while the staff failed to stop him. My child was crying uncontrollably after being hit. I have been with Monarch house for more than two years and it has been amazing. They are accommodating to your needs and have a huge team. There will always be pros and cons but if you weigh the pros against the cons monarch house can out number the cons with their pros. I have come across amazing aids from monarch house and would highly recommend.

My son and I have been with monarch house for two years now. My son is autistic, delayed in speech so no words what so ever. We went from diapers where it was hard to fine a daycare for 5 year old with diapers to no diapers. Monarch house helped the daycares with visuals and try to make the transition easier for even offered to do a training for the daycare. We went from zero words to some words with prompting.
