disappointed with the therapy my child receiving. this center cares more about profits more than helping my child. one to one time when people actually working with my child was little. therapy options are not for what we have paid for and not tailored to fit my child's needs. it feels like the therapists are overwhelmed
Worst experience ever . They will try to get your autism funds but if you not willing to allocate larger funds they will ghost you . I did my child’s assessment to create a behaviour support plan with there BC , SLP and OT for $ 1735. 95 and they asked me to put a larger amount ( $10000) for the RAP . Since I had to interview another SLP and BC and find the best therapist for my child I did only put $1735. 95 ( which is actually cost of the assessment) and explain them I will put larger amount if I’m going forward within the... read more
When my son was 4years old, he was attending your summer camp at Burnaby location. After one day, the manager told me that my son’s behaviours were so bad that they could not provide any services to him. Basically my son was expelled from the summer camp. I cried on a way back home from Monarch house. If you are providing services to autistic kids, Monarch house should have provided adequate support. I hope Monarch house welcomes any autistic kids……
This place doesn't really focus on your child needs.there more of a $$$ grab then helping
