I stopped by the dealership around6.30 PM, not realizing they were already closed. Even so, Kevin, the sales manager, went above and beyond. He opened the door, took his time to show me everything, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. He was incredibly patient and really listened to what I needed. If I could give more stars, I would! I called Monarch at 5:17P about my CBR300R not turning on and they told me to bring it in so they could look at it. Now, I don’t know why this is, but women are told to always be careful about getting scammed when it comes to car mechanics. For me, I’ve always been hesitant about bringing my bike in to any shop because I’m just worried the myth will be truth and I’ll get scammed. Anyways, as soon as I got there, they asked all the questions to figure out what was going on. They gave me a ... read more
Amazing workers, I had a faulty foot brake, they were honest and told me that it was minor issue and wasn’t gonna be charged, they were also engaging and friendly, couldn’t ask for better service.
