If I could give more stars, I would! I called Monarch at 5:17P about my CBR300R not turning on and they told me to bring it in so they could look at it. Now, I don’t know why this is, but women are told to always be careful about getting scammed when it comes to car mechanics. For me, I’ve always been hesitant about bringing my bike in to any shop because I’m just worried the myth will be truth and I’ll get scammed. Amazing workers, I had a faulty foot brake, they were honest and told me that it was minor issue and wasn’t gonna be charged, they were also engaging and friendly, couldn’t ask for better service.
After waiting on the phone for at least 40 minutes, I was told that they would have to call me back because they weren't at their computer at the moment and couldn't answer my questions. I never got a callback.
I brought a Goldwing Front wheel in, to have the tire removed, and Alex helped me out by taking it off himself while I waited, because the other guys were busy. Great service!
Really appreciated Alex’s help. He went above and beyond, I wouldn’t have purchased my bike here if it weren’t for him and he was extremely helpful when I came in the other day.
