DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MONARCH!!! I have purchased 2 Honda motorcycles, and was going to purchase a 3rd, but the salesman lied to me about a Riders Advantage service contract. He stated I would be better off getting the contract at $1200.00 than paying for each service individually. He NEVER stated there was a 24 month use or lose on it. I have purchase 2 motorcycles, gear, gloves, batteries, fluids, and service. I have spent thousands of dollars here. Up intil this week, was very happy with Monarch Honda. Unfortunately when I took my bike in i was told that my $1200 Rider advantage I was sold that was supposed to give me 8 services, expired after 24 months. Now had the Salesman not lied about it, I would not have bought it. I wanted to speak with the owner, and he told me it was my fualt for not riding more. Unbelievable. Had a great experience this week. Had to put my bike in the shop for repair. Because of Rob & Brandon..... My bike was able to get in and out so much quicker than I ever expected. Sure appreciate these guys. RIDE HONDA.
