Have tried to buy a house in the Brevard area, (Viera). Everytime I try to get a contract done with the final pricing they raise the price from the original price we talked about. In addition they leave out something or raise fees. I have to go back to the drawing board and can't get the same price as it keeps going up. I have been trying to sign a contract for almost two months now.
