We spent a long time looking for the right house plan and builder to build it. We found Monarch Homes and the Townsend plan! We built on our own property. (About 6 months start to finish!) After seeing the quality construction and clean job site day after day , we and our neighbors, were VERY impressed. Amy, Chris and dear Brian were a true dream team!!
