Have been using Monarch home care for at least 4 years with the same caregiver. She has been fabulous. My mother just loves her caregiver. She takes such good care of her. She is very attentive to my mother's needs.
Monarch Home Care provided stellar home care for my mother for almost 2 years. Elaine carefully screens all potential providers to ensure that placements are a good fit, and provide the best care as the client's needs change. The service on all levels is kind and respectful. One of the great resources in the SLO area!
Monarch Home Care is wonderful! The office personnel are a delight to work with; easy to contact and very responsive and responsible. The care givers are all highly competent, compassionate, caring people. Monarch Home Care has been looking after my elderly mom for four years now, and the peace of mind I get from having their help is absolutely priceless. I would strongly recommend them to anyone else whose relatives would like to stay in their homes but need assistance to do so.
Monarch Home Care has been exceptional in providing our parents with a caregiver in their home. They respond to questions promptly.In addition, the caregiver has been flexible in covering additional shifts when needed. Most importantly, the quality of the caregiver is excellent.
Beware of Monarch Home Services - Read my experience before contracting with them. I also recommend reading their reviews on Yelp and other services. My experience with Monarch Home Services and Smart72 (owned by brothers) has been extremely unsatisfactory. Smart72, in partnership with Monarch, installed a heat pump at my residence in 2023.
