Glad they are closing because they are absolutely worthless.
Was great until the owners decided to close the doors and screw all the people who were going to Monarch for their recovery. It's hard enough to find a doctor, so let's close the doors on another clinic... Good luck to all those who lost their jobs!
Unprofessional!!! Was seeing someone as part of a peer support program and haven’t heard from her in over a month. Finally my case worker and I called Monarch today (again, after many tries) and we were told that they have ended their peer support program. When we asked to speak to a manager or someone overhead, they said they didn’t have anyone!!!!! They said it’s been like this for about a month. For a person who has struggled with addition issues and was in denial for years, I finally decided to reach out for help and when I did Craig their "clinic coordinator" emailed me back basically telling me that this place is only for recovering addicts. I have been going to monarch health for a few months to receive help with some addiction issues. It's been a great place to get help the staff is great they are very helpful and knowledgeable about addiction they definitely make you feel comfortable and they are great at not making you feel like you are just a junkie and a mennis to the community
