they are closed permanently just an fyi. made an appointment a month ago, confirmed it Thursday and froday, showed up Saturday to an empty building, sign on the door, and a voicemail saying operations have ceased. the BBB has a statement also saying they have closed. just up and abandoned all patients. classy. absolutely NO warning whatsoever, just gone. Fox 17 should be called to investigate because clearly something shady was happening to just up and vanish like this seemingly overnight. — at Monarch Health.

answer the phone and take care of issues left in messsages
I wish that they would be open when they say they would be open. I drove out here to have my girlfriend do a walk-in because they would not answer her phone calls for over two weeks of constant trying. just like some of the other reviews here they do not respond back to you at all. They are horrible to get a hold of. I would not go here if you can help it because all they do is lead to frustration and disappointment.

Dr Dana is the best doctor I have ever had. She is wise and intelligent. She takes time to meet with each person and makes them feel more than a number.
I love Dana’s office. She is so thorough and caring. Worth waiting for her.
