Customer service is poor, also I want to advise any parent who has legal and soul custody of your child that the OTHER parent still apparently needs to sign off on a child being seen, I was denied an appointment because the biological father who has been absent for 9+ years can not sign off on her getting therapy and I refused to show proof of my legal document that I have physical and soul custody of my child....
