I just had a great cleaning service with the hygienist juman , i felt no pain or discomfort ,she is the great, I recommend her in every single visit .
Poor filling material that chipped months after I got it. very poor managerial attitude and non professional. The manager used unprofessional Arabic words to address me and address my concerns instead of respectfully relaying her message. Poor customer service and problem solving.

I had a great experience at Monarch Dentistry! Juman did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, she was very professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. My teeth feel super clean, and she took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly. Highly recommend Juman and the team at Monarch Dentistry!
I choose this Monarch dentistry because of Dr Yair Zain his a nice doctor but the front desk lady she is always nasty with client….I had a very disappointing experience with the lady at the front desk. I called ahead to let them know that I would be approximately 25 minutes late due to traffic after driving for over an hour to get to my appointment.
