I went in with a lot of pain and wasn’t sure what to expect especially after a bad dental experience a couple of years ago but Dr. Zeid was amazing. He really took the time to listen and make sure I was comfortable. Muskaan at the front desk was super friendly and explained everything clearly starting from my appointment to the payment. Overall, I am really happy with the care I received and will definitely be coming back👍keep it up
I used to come to this office as they were very accommodating, comfortable and helpful. But ever since the front desk girls and manager left (Sarah, Sabi, Zara) it’s been a horrible experience. There are new staff, one of them named Laura. She doesn’t seem like she knows what she’s doing. She charged me a difference for my appointment when it’s usually waived off (as per the note in my file!) she pressured me and made me feel uncomfortable when I had to pay the difference even though I told her I usually don’t. Really good dentist, I do have amazing experience of cleaning and filling, to be honest felt no pain, went smoothly 👍. Recommend to this clinic. Best dentist with experienced staff including front desk as well. High 5.
