I got two cavity fillings done on January 14th and have been in pain and discomfort on that side of my mouth ever since. What followed was an exhausting and frustrating experience that required five separate visits just to address a mistake that should never have happened in the first place. Monarch Dentistry on Centennial Parkway in Hamilton is fantastic! The staff are wonderful, very gentle and kind. I normally hate going to the dentist and avoid it but they actually make it such a pleasant experience. I'm 34 years old and this is hands down the best dental service I've experienced in my life! I absolutely recommend Monarch Dentistry. I'm also on the autism spectrum and have some sensory issues and sensitivities and they were great with accommodating me.
The staff at Monarch are always welcoming and pleasant. They go the extra mile when looking after seniors and always ensure a positive experience every visit. We are very appreciative and grateful for everything they do!
I used to feel that this was a good office, however👉 I have coverage. Got a bill at end of appointment for about $200. They "allege" I have no coverage. Sit with coverage provider, I have coverage. Told to submit bill to coverage provider for payment. No issue with my coverage. Continue to blame me for their inability to CHECK coverage. Even offered "payment plan", which they "normally dont do". Why would I be interested in a payment plan when I AM covered? I was aware before the appointment I AM covered. Have been going to this dentist now for about 2.5 years. I am always treated with respect and care. Today I had a cleaning with Mo, and am super satisfied with my visit today. She is so friendly and kind with lots of knowledge - she is also very gentle when it comes to the cleaning itself, which calmed my nerves. Always leaving satisfied!
