I had an appointment with Dr. Ross Atkinson at Monarch Dental to address a gum infection and a possible gum graph as my implant (done years earlier in another state) has always been exposed since the gums never fully filled around the tooth. I went to Monarch Dental on May Ave because I was in EXTREME pain I could barely stand to be in my own skin...much less wait for the 3 and a half hours in the lobby before I was finally seen. My appointment was at 1:30 they brought me back at 4:00, where I waited another 30 min only to be told that although he (the dentist) knew my appointment was at 130 and that it was there fault I had to wait. He really didn't want to stay any later and it would take too much time to pull my tooth. But he would be more than happy to do it... read more
