Dr. Henderson is hands down the best dentist ever! Great staff! Clean/Professional atmosphere! No interest financing! Why go anywhere else! Check them out!
Well that was roller coaster ride to say the least. I would highly recommend that if you can find another dentist, go that route. The dentist is the most unprofessional out of all the doctors I've ever been too. First he broke a small tool off in my gum during the root canal procedure. Oh but don't worry you'll be fine he says. Second the temporary crown popped out a half dozen times. Then the time came to get my permanent crown installed and the mold they made was incorrect so had to send out for a new porcelain. I really like this office. The staff is so very nice and patient. The office is very bright and sunny too. It helped me feel more calm and at ease. My whole family now goes to the office also. Dr. Watkis did my crowns and they look so nice and natural. Kendra and really worked to make it affordable for me and the assistants were so helpful with everything. I am happy I came to this dentist at Monarch Cedarhill. . I give the whole staff a 10. Very satisfied.

Dr. Joy and her amazing staff never cease to impress me. Chelsea, the manager, is so friendly and inviting. The assistants, Lucy, Genet, and Jessica make taking X-rays so easy and painless. They are so friendly and nurturing. The hygienists, Toni and Mercedes, are so friendly and caring. Dr. Joy has been my dentist for over 15 years and she is a true gem. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, and charming. My dental health is in the best hand with this team!
Frustrating to say the least! I've been trying to get upper and bottom partials since September got them for try in i couldnt close my mouth they cut my gums to the point of bleeding dentist filed them with irregular cuts in them horrible looking sent bad to lab came back still not fitting told them just meep them an give my money back .No response Dentist made me feel like i was annoying her like i s hould just accept them even the young dental assistant was embarrassed by how bad the partials looked and secretly apologised... read more
I've been going here and I am fed up! I wait at least 30 min past my appointment time! The are slow and always standing around talking and receptionist was on a personal call of which I heard word for word. I'm tired of them waisting my time!
you will be a labrat for students and be disrespected if you have problems with your teeth .I will never go back.
Great Experience! The dentist and staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. They made me feel like I was important, not just another mouth to fix.
