I went in to get a crown fixed that had chipped. They told me I had a cavity and they ended up doing a crown. The crown didn't match the color of the rest of my teeth and it was put so far in that my guns where that crown is are higher than the rest. The tooth looks fake and they charged me $1700 for a really bad job. I asked about it not matching and it was pulled from my mouth and they said it was really minimal color difference and that it was the lighting and then had me sign a sheet accepting it without letting me see i... read more

22 hours ago Monark Dental at Cornerstone boulevard in Hot Springs, AR is the best experence I ever had at the dentist office. Dr.Smith, and his staff take the anxiety out of going to the dentist. Dr.Acala is such a caring and professional person. As I walk in and greated by Deborah the receptionist, who remembered my name. I wasen't just a birth date to her, I was a real person. Everyone at this Monarch is friendly and knowledgeable! I've even told a few friends about this office. Dr. Horner is crazy smart, and Dr. U is very professional! The front office staff is always smiling, and welcoming! I actually look forward to my dental appointments now!
