I cannot say enough about Dr. Kara. This was the most comprehensive, dynamic, and effective chiropractic session I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many. I really enjoyed talking with her, as well. I came in for help with lower back, neck, and shoulder pain that had been building for a while. Dr Kara is so much more than your typical Chiropractor. I’ve seen Chiros for 30+ years and never once have I experienced the attention, the care, the muscle work, and guidance that I received from her. She’s a rockstar and a total game changer. I feel lucky to have found her.

I have seen more than a few chiropractors in my 75 years. “Dr. Werner is a keeper” She listens. Her care is cheerful, thorough, and addresses my concerns. And she gives clear instructions and suggestions for home self-care.
