Dr. Kara was the first chiropractor I’ve ever seen and I don’t know how I got so lucky. She is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond, showing you stretches that will help with tightness and explaining the physiology behind everything she does. I had my first session with Dr. Kara today and was genuinely impressed. She has a very intuitive approach to chiropractic care and took the time to really assess what my body needed instead of just following a standard formula. Every time I've visited, I've gone home feeling better and with the necessary stretches to avoid a quick return. Dr Werner has set a very high bar for my expectations, and yet meets them every time! Which is exactly why I go back to her whenever a new discomfort arises.

Dr Kara is simply the best! I have seen many providers for my frozen shoulder and she is the first one that has made a difference. She uses a holistic approach with her patients and takes the time to really dig into the problem and find solutions.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Kara Werner. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. She really took the time to really listen, explain what’s going on, and offered a plan that felt supportive and effective. After just one visit, I noticed a big improvement in my mobility and overall comfort while recovering from an injury. The office atmosphere is calming and comfortable. I’m so grateful to have found such a skilled and compassionate chiropractor—I highly recommend them!
