Very Long wait I wait 2 hrs for nothing
The staff is really experienced and patient. Nurses are very calm and answer every question We ask. We were late for our first appointment by 15 mins, but still they didn't let us feel guilty. Were very accommodating and supportive.
The staff at both locations were encouraging and supportive over the few weeks that we were with them. So thankful we were able to use the services offered by the Monarch clinic!
Amazing clinic. They treated us very well. Great staff!!
