I have been meaning to leave a review for years . I visited lactation consultants at this clinic with both of my newborns (2019&2022) and I credit the nurses from the monarch clinic for my ability to nurse both. After my c-sections, I had real difficulties getting my milk in, but after working with the monarch clinic I was able to transition to exclusive breastfeeding for both kids. Really grateful for the team of doctors at this location (we were seen by Doctors McKay, Millar and Wei). They helped to fill the gaps left by the hospital, which led to us unintentionally under feeding our daughter for a few days thus leading to her weight dropping. After visiting MC, her weight shot back up and she’s been thriving ever since. They were really kind, patient and answered all the questions we had. Thanks to everyone here for helping us first time parents out 🙏🏿
We had two appointments at this location and had different staff help us both times, and had amazing experiences. Everyone was so kind, informative and just lovely!! They also offer many resources that are helpful for new parents. They keep the clinic nice and warm for the babies, which was much appreciated by my little one! The paid parking lot is small and very busy both times we were there, so be prepared to fight for a spot!
We waited 2 hours in the tiniest hottest room with our toddler and baby. They saw everyone before us even though our appointment was first. We went to the Cleopatra location for our second appointment and it took us 20 minutes! A much better experience.
Very Long wait I wait 2 hrs for nothing
