That is exactly why this agency sucks they hire people that are rude have zero respect for people who are sleeping and then you have clients who are disrespectful at 7am making pile of noise and being rude when people are sleeping this is exactly like Wyomissing nursing home crappy I would never recommend this agency to anyone stay away.
I have never been badly treated like this from this agency I'm talking about the director and the agency it self they talk down to me they put me down they accuse me of things I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone
I feel as though my clients are at ease because they consistently tell me how easy Iam to get along with and I try to keep them feeling that way connecting with them on a personal level during conversation.
Staff members are very friendly. The facility is a very warm home like environment
I like most of my caregivers, One thinks she's my mother & is always trying to get me to get up & move around. I don't always feel like it but she's been a lot more understanding lately. I like my house & room very much. I enjoy sitting outside when it's not cold. My meals are great, actually gathering a list to make homemade chicken soup.
