I got there around 9am and was out around noon. The front desk staff, nurse, therapist, and NP were all very kind and made me feel comfortable to share what was going on. Much better option than the ER for mental health if you're not in a crisis.
I have been receiving medication management here for over 3 years, and my experience has been excellent. I have been to many facilities over the past 30 years dealing with mental health issues, and this one has been extremely helpful. Recently, I requested therapy, and the entire intake process was completed within 2 hours through the patient portal, which has never happened so quickly before. This facility truly fills in the gaps in mental health care. I took my family member who was in acute mental distress but didn't need the ER. First the front office was extremely friendly male employee who took the time to point us to the right side of the building. We were further greeted by the two most professional employees. Who understood the nuances of dealing with a person in crisis. From the moment we arrive at Monarch we were warmly greeted. This facility doesn't intensify the stress during a very stressful time.

For a place that’s supposed to help your mental health they sure do loads to hurt it. A sad and disgusting practice. You better be able to take PTO/a day off work to set up outpatient care because they will not even attempt to accommodate your needs and schedule. I tried for days, they told me after hefty waits that they’re at capacity for the day. Three times. They refused to give a bridge of medicine for 2 days while I waited to have a day of PTO to do so.
