They are the worst the front desk can’t even answer the phone…. Currently been waiting to talk to somebody for a hour… that’s sorry for people supposedly helping people with mental health
to tell my experience about the one in Rocky Mount. I was paired up with Dr Richard addo. He was extremely impatient with me, was completely uninformedand, judged me horribly from the beginning. And I believe it was strongly racially motivated. I had to come back and edit this because I forgot to mention that he was yelling at me as well! and I've never felt like I've had anybody be racist to me until now.
How can you effectively treat a patient from telehealth and seeing them in person only every 6 months, especially a person with a severe mental health diagnosis. The only way they would call you is through a blocked number so that you cannot call back. My phone does not receive blocked calls. If the police can say hey, I'll call you from a different number to get through. Why can't the doctors? This is ridiculous.
