The front desk staff was amazing, but the coordination of services given verses the services needed and consistency was a challenge. Monarch services are amazing I'vd had the pleasure of utilizing them at a different time for a different child in Wake County, but this one in Pittsboro in so far away from the Monarch standard.
Had a session with a therapist called Anne but goes by Nancy. She was unenthusiastic, disinterested, and judgmental. Will not be going back to her. They don’t have any other therapists to offer either. Will probably also look elsewhere for medication management as well. It is so difficult to find help and this is the help I get. Very disappointing.
I wouldn't recommend using this behavioral health group to anyone. I set up intake services for my child and was very specific with the intake coordinator that all services were to be in person. We went for our appointment at the Pittsboro location and there was a note on the door stating they were out of power. The butcher and all the other businesses were not out of power.
