Monarch is a wonderful place to go if you ever need help they have great referrals to other places. The staff is wonderful and friendly make you feel welcomed.the doctors too.

Monarch of gaston county is not equipped to manage anything but helping you sign up.for food stamps and the other programs that are already full. I my opinion this entire system they run under needs a complete revamp. They couldn't be less helpful. They just delay you tell you to be patient and do literally nothing. Pat themselves on the back and continue to make zero difference in the people's lives that really need help. I would vote to have them closed down due to lack of ability to do what they claim.
