We rented a Rv for the third time. Edwin was great with the checking out and checking back in. We had a few minor problems which he took care of quickly and pleasantly. Would recommend this Cruise America to anyone and rent from them again. Edwin was so helpful and understanding. Had to have the a/c replaced in Manassas and the guys there were great. Fast and efficient. Out in ninety minutes.
