If I could give 0 stars I would! Horrible customer service! I was given the phone number for this place by my insurance the person who answered was rude and disrespectful. I was just trying to book an appointment. She did not tell me in any manner how to contact the office or what I had to do! There is no where on their website or google a different phone number and there is no way of contacting them.
The most amazing people work here, genuine and caring. There’s nothing like getting the help you need from people that actually care about helping you get better. 100% recommend!!!
The office rarely answers the phone. Been waiting almost a year now for a follow up appointment.
I have been taking my son to see Dr. Alicia Rodriguez for about a year now. Excellent place for children and adults. From the color of the office inside to the decoration in each room. The energy is very positive would not choose a better place to give therapy to my son. The staff is very professional and polite.
