I'm new to the area and was long overdue for a cut. I was able to get an appointment quick at Monarch. My stylist was Karli and she did an amazing job. She was so friendly and personable and very professional. Highly recommend and will return 😊
I came in for highlights, had an average experience but I do not believe the top layer processed long enough, as its not very noticeable. I asked if it would be more noticeable after I washed out the toner, we both thought it would, however it didnt help. When I reached out I was told I would have to pay more (although she did offer to discount it) I just can't justify spending more, when I already paid much more than I've ever spent on highlights. So....overall very expensive & not much concern for customer satisfaction.
