My birthday is May 22nd and my husband wanted to get me a perm. Smart Style is my place to go, but since Jaz didn't have time to do it, my husband looked elsewhere. He found this place, Monarch Hair Salon. Abby is the only one there who does perms. She was doing a good job rolling. She was super nice. She works long hours.
