Just helped my son move these apartments. They are very nice needs a little maintenance and an elevator but overall very nice for a college apartment

The staff are really nice and the building is look nice also
terrible. they never, ever answer their phone. they never respond to emails even if you email management, like they suggest in their replies to other reviews. they charge a ridiculous amount of fees & give nonsensical explanations. They are never transparent with what charges are for, when they’re due, staff is clueless half the time, but issues are never resolved or followed up about unless you genuinely pester them about it. i moved out two months ago and they’re still trying to charge me for not having rental insurance de... read more
Would never live here again. I always feel like i’m scammed each month when unexpected charges show up and management just explains there’s nothing they can do about it. Facilities are falling apart also.
