Don't live here. They just take your money without explanation. When i moved in, they asked for 1st months plus security deposit... and then another months worth rent... why? No explanation other than it's standard and required. They wouldnt give me my keys without that extra payment. I moved out early and got a subleaser. The process was horrible. Horrible. The first day we moved in they put me in a suite with a guy and I’m a girl and it was on my reference sheet to be with females. The people I got put with were a nightmare. We got roaches. My roommate said she wanted to slam my head in the refrigerator door. The workers were chill but didn’t do anything. DO NOT LIVE HERE PLEASE. I can’t even make this up like it was soooo bad. I’ve had a great experience, from the moment I inquired about available apartments, their team was responsive and helpful, answering all my questions promptly. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I highly recommend if you’re looking for a place!
Monarch has been a fantastic place to live. The apartments are modern, fully furnished, and well-designed, which made settling in easy. If you are on the fence about renting here, STAY AWAY. All of the positive reviews are part of their “rewards” program, where they ask residents to leave positive reviews for a gift card or something. They’re all fake. Monarch, if you are reading this, here is some advice. Hire one person whose job is strictly to answer the phone. You guys are a LEASING OFFICE. 90% of communication is done through phone calls.
