Monarch 301, conveniently located near campus, offers a range of amenities, including a pool, fitness center, and modern apartments, making it an excellent student housing option in Statesboro.
Beware before renting! They add lots of hidden charges. What was advertised as $800 rent ended up being $980/mo. To top things off, after my daughter moved out, she was charged a $250 "TV replacement" fee for a TV that never existed in the first place, along several other fake charges.
