Monarch has the absolute best staff. They were very attentive to my questions and answered every single one thoroughly . The complex is clean from the inside to the outside. I recommend a thousand times over. Bailey bowers (staff) was such a sweetheart and Made my experience everything and more.
I’ve had such a great experience with the leasing office! Everyone has been so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Teagan has been absolutely amazing and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. She’s so kind, professional, and genuinely cares about helping residents
I would give this place zero stars if I could. The management seems more interested in squeezing every dollar out of residents than actually helping them. They use scare tactics with notices and fees to pressure you into paying as quickly as possible instead of treating tenants with basic respect. Also, their charges at the end of your lease are ridiculous and are basically a scam. Every interaction with the front office was also incredibly frustrating to deal with. Do not expect to get your deposit back from Monarch 301. At this point, they should just be upfront and tell residents that the deposit is non-refundable. I had already read other reviews mentioning this same issue, so before my son moved out, I personally went to his apartment, cleaned his room, and took pictures. Other than a few minor paint touch-ups, there was no damage to his room. We were charged for a bathroom sink that had already been reported while my son was living there and was never repaired. if i could put 0 stars i would , don’t stay here. they will charge you for normal wear and tear even if you clean to the best of your ability. just overall money hungry
