Paid them two months ago for something that appeared to be in stock, and which was needed in a timely fashion. Never received anything, never received any proactive updates, and it’s unclear who to contact for updates because their sales dept email doesn’t seem to respond.

This company repeatedly calls my cell phone. I told a Monarch sales person that I was not interested in their overpriced Verkada cameras, and I assumed that would be the end of it. Nope...they keep calling again and again. I finally stopped answering their calls, and they still call a few times per month and they never bother to even leave a voice mail message.
