We have been to Monarca’s many times and always enjoyed it. Until tonight. Our party of six arrived at 6 pm. The waiter took our drink order, we received our drinks and he took our food order. We would have liked another round of drinks but the waiter did not return. When he had still not returned by 7 pm, I found him and asked him when we would be receiving our food.
