I thought by the thousands of 5 star reviews this place was going to be incredible what a huge disappointment. This proves to me that Google reviews can be bought, first thing noticed as we were walking to our table was the amount of dirty tables just waiting to be cleaned. The service was amazing Karina was very accommodating to our needs.
We were looking for a new place to try on a Saturday night and found Monarca’s during a google search and based on the reviews decided to give it a try. We live about an hour away and hoped for the best and were not disappointed. We were seated almost immediately [7:30 on a Saturday night] and chose the indoor seating due to storms in the area. Karina was amazing, very accommodating and made sure everything was on point. We will be back and ask specifically for Karina. We’ve been here many times, but she made this experience stand out from all the others!
