Super Service und top Aussicht. Essen absoluter Durchschnitt bzw. schlechter als sonst in Florida. Fisch war ok aber habe ich bisher in der Umgebung deutlich besser gegessen. Gemüse eine Katastrophe. Fritten zu roh.
Asked to sit outside, told us the outside tables were reserved. We were there 1 hour , 30 eating, 15 waiting to get the waiters attention to request the check and 15 minutes more waiting for the check. When we left several outside tables were still empty. 1 star for service.
I came to this restaurant based on the high reviews but this is not real Mexican food. When you entered there were Cuban vibes for music they had salsa ,bachata .Most of the waiters were Cuban and I said we are here let's try. La Monarca is not authentic Mexican food is Tex-Mex. We ordered the Mega Fajita $39.99 to share I can tell I had only 3 strips of steak, 5 strips of chicken , 5 med shrimps , ribs small portion 3 tortillas and lots of onions and bell peppers.
