Zero stars should be an option for this place and Dentist! No bedside manner what so ever! Attitude is horrible! I can tell he has no experience with teenagers! Place smells horrible, it’s hot and humid in there! Rave to the front desk lady thank you for your help and kindness..
dont judge a book by its cover. it really nice in there. they are extremely nice. the nurse front desk lady was super nice. the denist did 2 root canals on me and took his time. thank you so much for helping me out when the last one messed up. lego land defender in the front. <3
My Girlfriend had taken her 10yr old Daughter to Dentist after Dentist only to be referred out to other Dentists. She needed a Root Canal and was obviously pretty scared of the needles and drill but this Dentist gave her a chance and exercised amazing patience. Him and his assistant were awesome and they not only did the root canal, they took their time and did it perfectly all while allowing me and her Mother sit close by to assist in keeping her calm. I went today to Monarca Dental at Vista and had a crown placed. Dr. Sergio Ayala along with his wife and Karina the secretary are a great team that make me feel always welcome, every time I have a dental work at their place. I’m happy and grateful to Dr. Sergio Ayala and his team. I highly recommend Monarca Dental at Vista.
