I had such a good experience at Monalisa Dental Centre! From the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The receptionist made check-in easy, and the place feels really clean and comfortable. Dr Fouad was amazing — so gentle, explained everything in a simple way, and made sure I was relaxed the whole time. I have been happily a patient of Dr. Alethawy for a couple of years after trying a few other dental clinics. I am very satisfied with the level of care I receive from him. He is very friendly and professional.
هالطبيب أسلوبه مع المرضى الجدد مقصود فيه أنه يحشى السن حشوة جذرية مش كاملة وما بعمقها بشكل صحيح. هالشي بجبر المريض يرجعله أكتر من مرة على نفس السن، وبعد فترة قليلة نفس السن يرجع يوجع ويحتاج علاج من جديد. هاد الإهمال متعمد عشان يجبر المرضى على زيارته مراراً وتكراراً. وكمان، في سيدة في الريسيبشين بتقوم بتمويه المريض بطريقة "احترافية" وتقنعه أن التأمين الحكومي يغطي بس 80% أو النص، عشان يدفع مصاري إضافية. التأمين الصحي الحكومي الكندي يغطي العلاج 100%! بسبب هالتصرفات غير الأخلاقية والاحتيالية، رح أقدم شكوى رسمية لإدارة رقابة صحة ... read more
