Love it here, been here 1.5 years. It’s quiet and clean, the ladies in the office are nice and helpful when needed. Never really any “issues” and if something does come up, they or Cari the owner is quick to fix it.
The manager here rents out the pool most every nights. We’ve been here almost three months and have been able to swim four times. It’s ridiculous. We pay for the amenities and aren’t allowed to use them.
They are liars and rip people off. They charge you then lie about what it was so they can keep your deposit. Electric is included in the rent until they wanna keep your money then they take it out of your deposit. Also they make up stupid reasons to get u to leave, saying u have trash around ur rv but there is none and when u look around you notice there are far worse trailers with all kinds of junk around them.
