Had my roof replaced, a triplex. Great *******, *** came by to ck his crew every day, and the last day he was on the roof helping out. He replaced the vents for the attic, saved my gutters from installation damage while replacing the roof, and used 13 sheets of USB/Plywood to fix rotted areas of the subroof/sheathing. We had an excellent experience with *** Monahan and his roofing company. We originally asked him to come out an check out a leak we developed following a tropical storm. He took pictures and said we could probably get another 2 years out of our roof but we should think about reroofing. The age of our roof has been keeping our home owners insurance very high. We decided to get a new roof. The workers were very competent and polite. They did the work which passed the city inspection and left our property virtually spotless. Th... read more
