Great Doctor, HORRIBLE secretary. I honestly leave angry every time I have to interact with that absolutely horrendous human being.
There are certain things you can't trust to the amateurs.
I have been a patient of Dr Monahans since 1985 and in the later years I have been treated like I never existed I missed an appointment and the girl gave me another date. I made sure this time I'd mark it down I arrived on the dates given and was told it was different than the day I wrote down. I'm getting old but I'm not crazy I wrote it down to make sure that I wouldn't miss it. The recipient told me her screen can't be wrong but get this Dr Monahan to the receptionist to tell me to go to an after hour clinic. Real nice Dr... read more
